Andrew Coutts

Andrew has over 20 years of industry experience in roles spanning funds management, advisory and investment research. Andrew was most recently employed with global fund manager AXA Investment Managers (Alts), where he was responsible for managing large real estate mandates on behalf of Australian superannuation fund investors, in addition to the development of new investment initiatives for AXA’s Australian business. Prior to this, Andrew was with KPMG Corporate Finance as a member of its national Real Estate Advisory team and was the sector lead for global real estate and infrastructure at leading research and ratings house Lonsec.​

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma of Property Valuation and Master of Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW.​
