H&B

Meet the
team

Founded in 2014, H&B was inspired by a simple idea: meaningful conversations create stronger connections. By bringing together world-class speakers, industry leaders, and engaged audiences, we create spaces where ideas are shared, perspectives are challenged, and relationships can flourish. Drawing on global experience and human-centred design, we help the finance community connect and learn in more thoughtful and authentic ways.

WHAT I DO

After years of global experience, I’ve learnt that great events are built on thoughtful planning and genuine relationships. I take pride in making every event run seamlessly, creating an environment where people feel welcome and conversations flow naturally. I work hard behind the scenes, communicate openly, and focus on the details that make every event a success.

WHY I DO IT

I believe in the power of connection – those genuine, honest moments when people truly get each other and walk away more optimistic than before.

WHAT DRIVES ME

Learning is key and drives me to keep striving. I’m determined to always improve on what I have done before.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

Real people and all the stories they share. Connections build better understanding of one another, which  creates growth for all of us.  Empathy and curiosity are so important.

WHAT I DO

With a global background in marketing, communications and event management, I create premium conference-style events within the financial sector that bring people together in meaningful ways.

WHY I DO IT

I believe variety and understanding are key ingredients in everything we do. When you bring the right people into the right room, real conversations happen and real growth follows.

WHAT DRIVES ME

A passion for communication and an eye for detail. I’m always looking to refine and elevate, approaching every event with optimism and a thoughtful, considered method.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

Genuine connection. When people walk away with a better understanding of one another – and a fresh sense of optimism – that’s when I know the work matters.
