SPREAD THE WEALTH | WINNING ACROSS CREDIT SECTORS
Why limit yourself to one corner of the credit universe when opportunity is scattered across the entire landscape? In an environment where spreads appear tight but markets remain fragmented, the real skill lies in knowing where to look next.
This session explores how to capitalize on credit’s diverse ecosystem, from rotating between investment-grade corporates and high-yield bonds to uncovering value in securitized assets. We’ll examine why today’s elevated volatility around Fed policy and M&A activity creates perfect conditions for tactical sector allocation.

BRICK BY BRICK | HIDDEN VALUE IN REAL ASSETS
In a dynamic real estate landscape, where can investors uncover true value and capitalize on opportunities that others overlook?
This session explores how current market dynamics, including strategic divestitures and assets trading significantly below their replacement costs, are creating compelling entry points for discerning investors. We examine how certain mispriced assets within this landscape offer significant unrealized performance potential, presenting unique opportunities for substantial value creation and asymmetric outcomes.
This discussion will test the idea of current property allocations and highlight how an underutilised asset class can act as a crucial diversifier, particularly relevant as we enter a rate-cutting cycle.

ARE YOU MISSING THE POINT?
How did you learn to build and manage client relationships? Are you like the average financial advisers in your approach with clients or are you truly exceptional and are happy to rewrite the rules?
In this session we will tear apart traditional approach and expose the brutal truth: clients don’t care about your credentials or your polished pitch. They want someone who understands their world, challenges their thinking, and delivers results that actually matter. Learn how to transform from a forgettable service provider to the professional clients naturally discuss – not because they’re rehearsing a sales pitch, but because you’ve fundamentally changed their perspective on what’s possible.
Dive into strategies that go beyond demographic data and superficial customization. We’ll dissect how to create a practice so distinctive that clients don’t just recommend you -they become your most powerful advocates. This session is about cutting through the noise, challenging conventional wisdom, and building a practice that stands out in a sea of mediocrity.
