As CIO of Evalesco and its licensee, The Principal Edge, Marshall leads the group’s investment philosophy, strategy, and governance. Marshall chairs the EPE (Evalesco + Principal Edge) Investment Committee, guiding research, interpreting market trends, and developing tailored investment solutions for professionals, senior executives, and retirees.
